Hello everyone! On Friday I arrived home after a week's holiday in Shrewsbury with some of my favourite family and just couldn't wait to share some photographs with you all! I had the most lovely time - we stayed in the most beautiful cottage with wonderful views of the countryside, wandered around the local towns, went for afternoon tea, made it to the top of Ludlow Castle, went on many country walks and of course drank far too much tea. We even made friends with an adorable horse called Chester who lived just across the road from us, isn't he a sweetie? I'll share a little more about my time away in another blog post soon, but in the meantime I'll be posting some more photographs on my new tumblr, along with catching up on all of your blogs! Love, Jazmine.
P.S. You might be able to notice that I now have a nose piercing! After two years of being a too scared (despite having my tongue pierced four years ago) I finally was brave enough to get it done. I love it ever so much!

  24. Beautiful photos. I don't live too far away from there so might have to have a little day trip now. Well done on finally getting your nose pierced! I got mine done in June and love it! One tip (and I wish someone had told me this before I spent hours researching it on the net!), if you get a bump on the outside, bathe it with a warm camomile and (sea) salt soak for as long as possible, once a day, as well as your normal cleaning routine. Worked for me and my friend within a few weeks! :) xx

  28. Absolutely wonderful post, Jazz! I love your jumper - it's the perfect autumnal knit, and such a steal 50p - and if you hadn't mentioned you were in Shrewsbury, I would have guessed that you were in the Scottish Highlands.
I don't quite know why - I think it has something to do with mythical mist, rugged castles, quaint cottages and having watched the trailer for "Brave" far too many times (!) - but, in anycase, Shrewsbury and Chester both look lovely!

    Best Wishes,

    Tara
