little secondhand black dress.

Photobucket Photobucket
Topshop dress, charity shop, £8
As I really would like to post more regularly and start to showcase more of a variety of photography on my blog, I thought I'd share with you my most recent secondhand acquisition, this lovely Kate Moss for Topshop dress! I spotted it on Sunday whilst browsing around my favourite charity shop, after popping to Battersea car boot sale. I adore the deep v-neck and simple shape, but as it's cut just below the knee it still remains rather elegant. Plus whilst I don't think the fabric is meant to be so darn crinkled (I have yet to wash and iron the dress, I'm sure it will look a little prettier after I do!), I personally quite like the effect. It's my birthday next month and I just know that this will be the perfect dress to celebrate turning twenty in. Not bad for eight pounds, huh? Love, Jazzabelle.

    1. thank-you, becky! i'm glad you like it crinkled too :) after staring at these pictures a little too long i was convinced that they looked too crinkled and creased to post. but hey, that's how i usually wear my clothes so i can't pretend otherwise. hehe.

    1. it's not something i have posted about yet, but it's something i'd definitely consider! though with the amount of people who go to battersea car boot i think i'd struggle to get many pictures i'm completely happy with as i'm so darn fussy! x

  16. Oh wow, for 8 quid you can't go wrong! You look beautiful, and I must say I love how you photograph your items. I've been planning on making a sort of frame collage for my wall but the charity shops in my local area never have any decent frames in and ebay are a bit of a rip off!
